A health care services company has leased more than 4,000 square feet at a medical office building in Cherry Hill, under a deal arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The firm announced Friday that it represented JJN Real Estate Holdings LLC in the 4,245-square-foot deal at 1945 Route 70 East in Cherry Hill. It also represented the tenant, Wellbound of Cherry Hill, an operator focused on personalized self-care training for home dialysis patients.
WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Tammi Coppinger, executive property manager with the firm, handled the assignment on behalf of the landlord. Christopher Henderson, vice president and principal at WCRE, was the tenant broker.
They touted the building’s location along the heavily traveled Route 70, a health care corridor in Cherry Hill’s central business district, with access to Interstate 295 and other amenities in the area. The complex totals 17,500 square feet.
Wellbound offers home therapy experts who tailor dialysis treatments to individual needs, WCRE said in a news release. The operator employs specialty-certified nurses who personally train each patient to perform their own treatments at home.
