A health care technology firm has signed a 26,000-square-foot sublease at a Plainsboro office campus, in one of five newly announced deals by Cushman & Wakefield.
The occupier, RxSense, accounts for the largest transaction across more than 60,000 square feet of leasing activity at Princeton Point. The other deals at the property, a two-building, 440,000-square-foot office complex at 600 and 650 College Road East, include commitments by:
- Dr. Reddy’s Labs, which expanded by 7,000 square feet and will now occupy roughly 60,000 square feet
- Galapagos, an international biotechnology company, which signed a 15,000-square-foot lease
- Coface North America Insurance Co., a trade credit insurer, which took 13,000 square feet as part of an extension
- An undisclosed title company, which leased 2,700 square feet
Cushman’s Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton represented the landlord, Nuveen Real Estate, in the transactions. Newmark represented RxSense, while C&W’s Shawn Straka represented Dr. Reddy’s and CBRE represented both Galapagos and Coface North America in their respective deals.
“We are thrilled to welcome Galapagos, RxSense and the title company to Princeton Point, and expand Dr. Reddy’s and extend Coface’s tenancy,” Elfand said. “Nuveen’s commitment to strategic property renovations, active amenities and ESG initiatives underlines the quality of ownership, ensuring Princeton Point is more than just a workplace, but an ecosystem designed for an experience of excellence.
“With solid financial backing and state-of-the-art amenities, Princeton Point is positioned as a premier destination for discerning employers in search of a workplace that truly stands apart.”
In a news release, C&W noted that Princeton Point is part of Princeton University’s 2,000-acre master-planned business and research campus off Route 1. The property has newly designed building entrances, an on-site tenant experience manager, a café, a conference center, a courtyard with outdoor private seating, honeybees and on-site electric vehicle charging stations.
“We are delighted to announce our recent leasing success, a testament to our commitment to top-tier amenities and white glove service,” said Nelly Othman, senior associate at Nuveen Real Estate. “Our focus on tenant needs continues to drive innovation and excellence in our approach.”
