NAI HANSON TEAM
EXPANDS BY TWO
A team of industrial brokers at NAI James E. Hanson has expanded with the hiring of Dena Scott and the addition of William “Will” Ericksen, an existing associate at the Teterboro- based firm.
The group, led by Scott Perkins and Christopher Todd, recently welcomed Scott and Ericksen as associates in an effort to bolster its services on behalf of investors and other businesses with real estate needs. Scott joins the firm after 12 years at Newmark, while Ericksen moves to the team after coming to NAI Hanson in 2019.
The additions follow the team’s formation in 2013, when Todd joined NAI Hanson and was paired with Perkins, a veteran broker in the region. Since then, they have negotiated 70 industrial sales and leases spanning 2.8 million square
feet and $273 million in value, representing institutional clients such as CenterPoint Properties, Blackstone, Terreno Realty Corp. and Duke Realty Corp., along with dozens of other users in the market.
