Since joining the firm as a member of the senior executive team, Fuller has overseen the day-to-day management of its more than 6 million-square-
foot portfolio and helped bolster its relationships with its more than 200 tenants, the news release said. During that time, he has led Sanzari’s internal team of property managers and technicians, while working closely with its construction team to oversee tenant improvements and repairs and larger capital improvement plans to ensure that the company’s properties remain competitive.
The firm also cited Fuller’s attention to detail and responsiveness throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, which helped the organization and its tenants navigate a constantly shifting environment. Those efforts led to the rise of initiatives that emphasized health and wellness, helping Sanzari’s entire portfolio remain open throughout the pandemic.
Fuller, who brings 30 years of industry experience to his new role, was director of property management for Onyx Equities before joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
“I look forward to building upon Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ legacy
of operational excellence across the organization and continuing to identify ways to further enhance our employee and tenant experience,” Fuller said. “As we continue to innovate and grow, my focus on the application of our founding principles of integrity and trustworthiness in all of my work will remain a priority and an all-important key to our long-term success.”
