“After initially working with Eastern Union on the brokerage side, TJ Liebes decided to turn his attention to serving an owner,” Zlotowitz
said. “But he has now sensed a forthcoming correction in the market in favor of the broker component
of the business, and he decided the time was right to return to the broker world.”
Liebes earned a finance degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

NAI James E. Hanson has hired James Delmonte, Raymond Peck and Edward Garcia, seeking to bolster its research and brokerage teams.
The Teterboro-based firm said Delmonte joins its ranks as a
vice president and director of research, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience. In the role, he will analyze macro and microeconomic conditions and
the real estate market in order to provide NAI Hanson’s brokers and clients with data and insights to help them navigate the northern New Jersey real estate market.
The company added that Delmonte, who has a
General Management programs at Harvard Business School.
Peck and Garcia, meantime, have joined the firm as associates. Peck, who has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, will work closely with Senior Vice President Joshua Levering on office sales and leasing in northern New Jersey.
Before joining the firm, Peck held multiple advisory and sales roles at firms such as

Garcia, for his part, will work closely with Vice President Sigmund Schorr to manage transactions in the greater New Jersey and Pennsylvania regions. His experiences includes senior leadership roles in areas such as
complex transactions. He has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and
a bachelor’s in economics from Rutgers University.
