Resource Realty inks 312,000 sq. ft. lease at new Brookfield warehouse in Orange County
Brookfield Properties has leased up more than 312,000 square feet of new industrial space in New York’s Orange County, in a deal arranged by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
