Larken Associates has completed and leased up a new 50,000-square-foot, multitenant warehouse in Flemington, the developer announced Tuesday.
The firm, which is based in nearby Branchburg, said the property at 20 Minneakoning Road drew strong interest thanks in part to its location off Route 31 and near routes 22 and 202 and Interstate 78. The Flemington Junction Business Center II is now home to multiple undisclosed tenants, with features such as 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 41- by 50-foot column spacing, 15 loading dock doors with levelers, two drive-in doors and ample parking with two dual EV charging stations, among others.
Larken broke ground on the project last summer, adding to a portfolio of central New Jersey industrial and flex space that spans nearly 1 million square feet.
