2021 was a banner year for MSW. The firm’s transactional practice groups helped clients close over $1,000,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions. The firm, based in Newark, New Jersey, regularly represents clients throughout New Jersey and New York and throughout the United States. While we will continue to deepen our presence in the New Jersey and New York markets, we anticipate that our national transactional practice will continue to expand as more of our clients explore markets outside of the New York metropolitan area.
TRANSACTION SPOTLIGHT
MSW recently represented the buyer/borrower in connection with a $113,000,000 acquisition and constriction loan for an office portfolio in Newark. The firm’s transactional team also recently represented the Seller in connection with the $182,000,000 sale of two parcels in a South Jersey industrial park. The firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment practice group recently represented an institutional developer in connection with successfully obtaining approvals for a 450,000-square-foot distribution center in North Jersey, and a Washington D.C.-based developer in connection with approvals for a 350-unit mixed-used building in Newark, New Jersey.
