JLL has bolstered its New Jersey brokerage team with the addition of Kimberly Sacramone, an accomplished workplace expert with more than three decades of industry experience.
Sacramone, the former leader of design firm HLW’s New Jersey team, joins JLL as a senior vice president based in its Parsippany office. She will look to leverage the firm’s global service platform to support corporate clients, with a focus on their space needs as well as sustainable practices and carbon emission reduction.
“Kimberly is a team player with tremendous insight into the impact of physical workspaces on business outcomes, including financial success, ESG compliance and talent management,” said Tim Greiner, an executive managing director and leader of JLL’s New Jersey brokerage division. “She will be a tremendous asset as we continue our work delivering real estate solutions to some of the world’s most influential corporations and property owners.”
Sacramone most recently was principal and managing director of HLW New Jersey, a venture she established in 2014, according to a news release. Under her leadership, the New Jersey office quickly rose to prominence, becoming a leader in the state’s market for planning, architecture and design and amassing a client base that included UPS, Everest RE, Eisai, Kering, Samsung, BCG, Panasonic and others.
“I’m thrilled to join the One JLL team,” Sacramone said. “It’s a great chance for me to use my experience in transforming spaces and nurturing client relationships to make a real impact in New Jersey and beyond. My focus is on creating real estate solutions that are not just smart and innovative, but also deeply rooted in sustainability. I want to develop spaces that help businesses thrive while taking good care of our planet.”
Sacramone, a Drexel University alumna, is a licensed real estate professional in New Jersey, the news release said. She holds certifications as an accredited professional under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design scale and as a Fitwel ambassador, while she has been recognized on lists such as 50 Women in Business, Emerging Business of the Year and Best Places to Work.
Beyond her career achievements, Sacramone has dedicated more than a decade to community involvement, notably with the United Way of Northern New Jersey and Women’s United.
