An investor has sold a 10,000-square-foot medical office building in West Orange for $2.5 million, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday.
According to a news release, the property at 1001 Pleasant Valley Way is across from the Essex County Country Club and within 10 miles of several hospitals, including Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Mountainside Medical Center and Silver Lake Hospital. That added to the appeal of the two-story building, which is close to Interstate 280 and NJ Transit bus and rail services.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the seller, Robert Scibetti, in the deal with Premiere Titan Properties LLC.
“West Orange is a high-barrier-to-entry market, especially for buildings of this size in such a centralized location,” Lizzack said. “However, we were able to procure an ideal buyer and secure a strong return for our client in this transaction. We’d like to wish the buyer all the best with their new asset.”
