A new 7-Eleven store will take over the former site of an auto repair shop in Denville, following a lease arranged by Zoltek Realty.
The brokerage firm, which represented the convenience store chain, said the company will demolish an existing structure and build a new standalone location at 45 West Main St. The site will include parking and will take advantage of an improved pedestrian connection between the nearby school and baseball fields, which has resulted in new ADA ramps, additional sidewalks and curb cuts on both roads.
Zoltek Realty President Urszula Zoltek said the new store will benefit from excellent visibility and will be one block away from Denville’s main downtown business district. For the Rutherford-based firm, the deal is the latest transaction completed on behalf of 7-Eleven as the chain further expands across northern and central New Jersey.
