A development team has launched leasing at a new multifamily property in Old Bridge, marking the arrival of 150 upscale apartments at a location just west of Route 9.
The complex, known as 99 Bridge, is a collection of one- and two-bedroom units at 99 Old Amboy Road. Developers BNE Real Estate Group, LPZ and Sterling Properties are hoping to lure renters with a mix of lifestyle amenities and a suburban setting in southeastern Middlesex County, one that provides easy access to the Jersey Shore, downtown New Brunswick and a host of recreational offerings within the municipality.
Monthly rents start from $2,280, with special grand opening incentives.
“We’re excited to announce the debut of 99 Bridge,” said Marc Pantirer, a partner at BNE Real Estate Group. “Now more than ever, suburban renters are looking for high-quality, spacious residences and amenities that are on par with what modern rental buildings in the city are offering. 99 Bridge provides all of that and more. We look forward to welcoming our first residents to this beautiful, brand-new community.”
Minno & Wasko Architects designed 99 Bridge, which has amenities such as a two-story resident lounge, a high-end fitness facility with virtual training technology, a co-working lounge with private offices and a coffee bar, among others. Outdoors, residents will have access to a pool, grills, an outdoor bar and fire pits.
The developers noted that Old Bridge is about 25 miles south of Manhattan, adding that the rental community is near the nexus of routes 9 and 18. Along with daily commuter bus service, the township is home to more than 300 acres of developed park land and athletic facilities, including the sprawling Cheesequake State Park and Old Bridge Waterfront Park.
