Brentwood Realty has sold a nearly 45,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Hackensack for $7.3 million, in a newly announced transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.
The brokerage team, which represented the seller, said the deal includes seven buildings at 61 Voorhis Lane, 84 Johnson Ave. and 73-100 Burlews Court, all of which provide quick access to Bergen County’s vast highway network. Cushman also procured the buyer, Dave Goldberg.
“Burlews Industrial Portfolio is an exciting value-add opportunity ideally positioned in the New Jersey industrial market, which continues to reach historic levels of demand,” C&W’s Andrew Schwartz said. “With its superior location and diverse rent roll, this fully leased portfolio offers an immediate upside and stable rent flow.”
Schwartz brokered the trade alongside Jordan Sobel and André Balthazard. They noted that the 44,500-square-foot portfolio is 100 percent leased to 11 tenants and is minutes from Interstate 80 and routes 4 and 17, allowing for direct access to the George Washington Bridge and New York City, among other destinations.
