Boutique law firm A.Y. Strauss has leased nearly 11,000 square feet of office space in Livingston, brokers with CBRE announced Monday.
According to a news release, the practice will occupy part of the third floor at 290 West Mount Pleasant Ave. under a long-term commitment with Eastman Cos. and P3RE. Its new 10,728-square-foot space at The Eisenhower, formerly known as Eisenhower Corporate Campus, provides it with quick access to interstates 280, 80 and 287 and a series of on-site amenities at the four-building complex.
CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey and Erin Wenzler represented ownership, working with Eastman Director of Leasing Eric Maurer. Harlan Hollander of Savills represented A.Y. Strauss, which specializes in commercial real estate transactions, construction, labor and employment, commercial litigation, franchise law and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
“A.Y Strauss is expanding its New Jersey office footprint and needed quality office space that would best serve the needs of its clients and staff,” Meisel said. “The Eisenhower offered the firm state-of-the-art space as well as a number of on-site amenities including parking, food service and conferencing facilities.”
Amenities at 290 West Mount Pleasant Ave., which spans 384,000 square feet, include a 220-seat auditorium with modern audio and video equipment, a full-service cafeteria, a parking deck, a fitness center, electric car chargers and a game room, the news release said. CBRE also noted that The Eisenhower is within walking distance of multiple retail options.
