SL Industrial Partners has acquired a nearly 294,000-square-foot distribution facility in Greensboro, North Carolina, adding to its holdings outside its home state of New Jersey.
The firm this week said the property, located at 3618 McConnell Road, sits on 22.7 acres with frontage on Interstate 40 and quick access to interstates 85 and 840. It’s now marketing that location to prospective tenants while highlighting features such as a 36-foot clear ceiling height, 50-foot column spacing and 60-foot speed bays.
The property also has 30 dock doors and 30 knockouts, along with ample trailer and auto parking to ensure tenants have the capacity to support large-scale operations.
“With this acquisition, we continue to execute on our strategy of investing in well-located, high-quality industrial assets that support the growing demand for modern distribution and manufacturing space,” said Toby Nelson, vice president of leasing at SL Industrial Partners. “Greensboro’s robust infrastructure and strategic positioning make it a key logistics market, and we are excited to bring this facility to market to serve the needs of today’s industrial users.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Tom Townes and Ryan Conboy represented the seller and now serve as the leasing team on behalf of SL Industrial Partners, an affiliate of Basking Ridge-based Silverman Group. The addition of the 293,760-square-foot building brings the company’s footprint in North Carolina to more than 6 million square feet.
