Denholtz has named O’Brien Realty as the sales director for a new collection of 16 custom-designed, single-family homes on Sandy Hook Bay in Atlantic Highlands.
The developer, which is based in nearby Red Bank, said it has already made four sales at what’s known as Brant Point just west of Avenue D and north of Center Avenue. It’s now working alongside O’Brien Realty to sell the remaining inventory, touting the opportunity for Nantucket-style living with Monmouth County’s abundant amenities.
Denholtz expects to complete construction later this year.
“O’Brien Realty’s dedication to trust, loyalty and delivering results makes them the perfect partner for Brant Point,” said Steven Denholtz, chairman of Denholtz. “Brant Point represents years of hard work and vision, and we’re thrilled to welcome our future residents to experience its unique blend of coastal charm and modern luxury.”
Founded in 2013, O’Brien Realty has nearly 200 agents across six locations in Monmouth County, according to a news release. Denholtz said the firm’s professionals will guide prospective buyers through every stage of the homebuying process, from initial tours to customization and closing.
Each home at Brant Point boasts a modern design from Spiezle Architectural Group with construction by Lead Dog Custom Homes, a Red Bank-based luxury homebuilder. Offering floorplans ranging from 2,601 to 3,473 square feet, the 16 single-family homes will have four bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and multiple outdoor spaces, while buyers can personalize their dwellings with options such as pools, outdoor kitchens and elevators.
With views of Sandy Hook Bay and the New York City skyline, the seven-acre property is also less than a mile from the Seastreak Ferry terminal, offering connectivity to New York City. Residents, meantime, are a short drive from Route 35 and the Garden State Parkway.
“Brant Point offers an ideal lifestyle for a range of buyers — from empty-nesters seeking a low-maintenance, coastal retreat to young families looking for a vibrant community to call home,” O’Brien Realty’s Kerry O’Brien said. “We are thrilled to partner with Denholtz, Lead Dog and Spiezle to bring a truly exceptional residential experience to the market.”
