A private investor has purchased a 13,000-square-foot office building in West Windsor for $2.19 million, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The brokerage firm’s Jonathan Glick arranged the sale at 191 Clarksville Road, touting a design that makes it well suited for conversion into a lab facility. That dovetails with an area that’s home to multiple pharmaceutical companies, he said, while noting the property’s location in the township’s Princeton Junction section puts it just south of Princeton, minutes from Route 1 and a short drive from Interstate 295 and Route 133, among other highways.
“This property checks every box for a pharma company,” said Glick, an executive vice president with Sheldon Gross. “My client specializes in supporting organizations in that sector, so the proximity to leading industry players and the flexibility of the space make this transaction an exceptional opportunity.”
