A commercial truck repair business has leased nearly 5,200 square feet of industrial space in Bound Brook, according to a brokerage team with Sheldon Gross Realty.
The tenant, NJ Truck Repair 96, will serve customers at 110 West Main St. with the help of five drive-in bays and a fenced yard with locking gates, according to a news release. The 5,167-square-foot lease also provides a location that’s two miles from the intersection of Interstate 287 and Route 22 and accessible from other major highways.
Sheldon Gross Realty Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky brokered the deal.
“Because Bound Brook is so centrally located, it’s an ideal location for a shop where commercial trucks are repaired,” Glussky said. “Customers can get there quickly from throughout the state’s north and central tiers. In addition, the area surrounding the property is primarily light industrial, so there’s plenty of room for bringing in and maneuvering larger vehicles.”
