A personal injury law firm has taken more than 5,400 square feet at a River Edge office building, in a newly announced deal by Christie’s Commercial Real Estate.
According to a news release, the location at 70 Grand Ave. comes as part of Friedland Law’s expansion in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The lease represents a 50 percent increase in the total footprint of the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based firm, which also has offices in Lower Manhattan and West Palm Beach and Jacksonville, Florida.
Christie’s Commercial Real Estate Associate James Peko represented Friedland Law in the 5,422-square-foot deal. NAI James E. Hanson Senior Vice President Andrew Somple represented the landlord, Four Grand Associates LP.
