An athletic uniform company has taken nearly 6,400 square feet of industrial space in Edison’s Raritan Center, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Wednesday.
The tenant, PowerTek Performance Gear LLC, is leasing the space at 155 Campus Drive from Federal Business Centers, according to a news release. Its new home at the 104,120-square-foot complex provides it with quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 287 and other major highways, with features including 16-foot-high ceilings and four loading docks.
BRC Vice President Michael Costa represented the tenant in the 6,373-square-foot deal.
