Plymouth Rock Assurance has taken more than 11,000 square feet at a Mount Laurel office building, brokers with NAI Mertz announced Thursday.
In a news release, the leasing team said it represented landlord Modani Properties in the transaction at 501 Fellowship Road. The 11,262-square-foot deal provides Plymouth Rock with a location near Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 73, providing easy access to central and southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, along with nearby restaurants, retail stores, banking options and hotels.
NAI Mertz President Scott Mertz and Executive Vice President John Adderly serve as the building’s leasing agent and worked alongside JLL to complete the deal.
“This is an ideal location for Plymouth Rock as it provides them with a high-quality office space for its employees and a convenient location for its customers,” Adderly said. “They join a distinguished list of corporate tenants at the property including Cooper Health System, UBS Financial Services and Northwestern Financial.”
Mertz announced the deal while noting that 501 Fellowship has a two-story glass atrium entrance with a second-floor balcony overlooking the lobby. It has two passenger elevators and parking for more than 250 cars.
“We also are pleased to announce that with this lease, 501 Fellowship Road is now 90 percent leased, with only one suite available,” Mertz said. “We look forward to bringing the facility to full occupancy in the near future.”
