Lennar has expanded its presence in the state with the arrival of four new residential developments in central and southern New Jersey.
According to the national homebuilder, the communities are slated to come online this fall. They include:
- Preston Pointe at 248 Gordon Road in Robbinsville, a collection of modern two-story townhomes across from Route 130 and minutes from the bustling Robbinsville Town Center
- Reserve at Turgyan Farm at 292 Ward Ave. in Bordentown, a community of luxury single-family homes that provides small-town charm and proximity to both urban hubs and the Jersey Shore
- West End at 152 West End Ave. in Hammonton, a complex of three-story townhomes where residents will be within walking distance of local restaurants, shops and entertainment and less than a mile from NJ Transit and Amtrak service
- Carnegie Crossing at 913 Ridge Road in South Brunswick, which will offer modern townhomes in one of the state’s top-ranked school districts, with amenities such as a community garden, tot lot and sports courts
“With New Jersey’s housing demand continuing to grow, Lennar remains focused on delivering thoughtfully designed homes in locations that offer both lifestyle and convenience,” said Dana Romano, Lennar New Jersey division manager. “These new communities reflect the values homebuyers care about most – accessibility, quality, sustainability, and connection to thriving local neighborhoods.”
