Lincoln Equities Group has delivered more than 204,000 square feet of new warehouse space in Belleville with the completion of a two-building project off Route 21.
The development, located at 681 Main St. has revitalized what was a blighted site just 11 miles from New York City and minutes from several other major highways. The 15.25-acre parcel is now home to facilities of 91,746 and 112,661 square feet, both with 36-foot clear ceiling heights, modern sprinklers, abundant parking and ample power to support a range of would-be tenants.
LEG is working alongside CBRE Vice Chairman Thomas Monahan, Executive Vice President Larry Schiffenhaus and Executive Vice President Brian Golden to market the properties to logistics, distribution and ecommerce users.

The developer, which broke ground on the project spring 2024, said Building 1 has 2,287 square feet of speculative office space, 59- by 54-foot column spacing, 17 dock doors, two drive-in doors and dedicated trailer parking. Building 2 includes 2,445 square feet of spec office space with 54- by 51-foot column spacing, 26 dock doors and two drive-in doors.
Prospective users, meantime, will have easy access the region’s national airports and port terminals, as well as a population of more than 3 million people and a labor force of over 1 million within a 30-minute drive.
