A new Fogo de Chão restaurant is coming to West Windsor after a lease arranged by Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services.
According to a news release, the popular Brazilian steakhouse chain will occupy a prominent pad site at Route 1 and Carnegie Center Drive. That places it directly in one of the state’s busiest and most affluent retail corridors, where it will join a long list of national and regional brands.
Zoltek Commercial Real Estate’s Matt Ardizzone represented the landlord.
“Fogo de Chão is a tremendous addition to this corridor,” Ardizzone said. “Their presence will complement the existing mix of tenants and bring new energy to an already thriving market.”
