A fitness concept and a hair salon have leased a combined 8,300 square feet at a Warren retail center, in a set of newly completed deals by Deluccia Commercial Group.
In the larger transaction, Pratt Performance Systems LLC inked a 10-year, 7,200-square-foot commitment at the 21,400-square-foot Mountain Crest Mall. The business at 10 Community Place will specialize in small-group personal training for adults and offer youth sports performance training, providing strength and conditioning training for all ages.
The second tenant, Bangin Hair Salon, signed a five-year lease for 1,100 square feet, according to a news release. The salon describes itself as “a collective of independent stylists,” the brokerage team said, noting that it offers a collaborative and modern approach to hair care and styling.
Tim Deluccia and Bob Axmann of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the landlord, Mountain Realty LLC, in both deals. Axmann also represented Bangin Hair Salon.
Mountain Crest Mall is now fully occupied, the firm said, noting that it has a balanced mix of service, retail and food tenants serving Warren and the greater Somerset County area.
