A new billiards and social lounge concept has taken 5,700 square feet along a key commercial corridor in Bound Brook, in a newly announced deal by Deluccia Commercial Group.
According to the brokerage firm, Billiards Lucy is now open after committing to a five-year lease at 310 West Union Ave. It’s also the new anchor of the 6,800-square-foot retail building along heavily traveled Route 28, featuring a recreation lounge with multiple pool tables and a welcoming atmosphere designed for casual gatherings and events.
Tim Deluccia of Deluccia Commercial Group represented both the landlord, Yamuna Realty LLC, and the tenant, Rosendo Espinosa doing business as Billiards Lucy.
“This deal brings a fresh and engaging entertainment option to Bound Brook’s retail mix,” said Deluccia, broker of record at the Martinsville-based firm. “Billiards Lucy will help activate the property and attract additional foot traffic to the corridor, benefiting neighboring businesses as well.”
