A private occupier has leased more than 214,000 square feet of industrial space at a well-known property in Harrison, in a newly announced deal by The Blau & Berg Co.
According to the brokerage team, the tenant is among the latest to find a home at the 650,000-square-foot Supor Industrial Complex just north of Interstate 280. Along with the 214,165-square-foot commitment for industrial space at 500 Supor Blvd., the business has also taken 5,200 square feet of office space at 401 Supor Blvd.
Blau & Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro Conte, Peter Murano Jr., Troy Schaafsma and Dylan Meade arranged the transactions, touting the site’s location near Port Newark-Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport, the New Jersey Turnpike and the region’s deep labor pool. Along with available office suites at the 37.7-acre site, the team is marketing two remaining industrial spaces of 16,105 and 94,724 square feet with clear ceiling heights up to 71 feet.
