Velocity Venture Partners has added three tenants at a Gloucester County industrial building, leaving just one space available at the roughly 68,000-square-foot facility.
The deals at the Washington Township property, at 242 Delsea Drive, include a 13,800-square-foot commitment by A Cheerful Giver that the tenant will use as warehousing and production space for candles, according to the landlord. A second new occupier, Powerhouse Sports Arena, is leasing 17,600 square feet for indoor sports training, while The Restoration Place will occupy 4,800 square feet for workforce training and religious services.

The building along Route 47 and minutes from Route 55 is now 65 percent occupied, Velocity said. The one remaining space is a 23,500-square-foot end cap unit with 23-foot clear ceiling heights, full racking and air conditioning throughout, while it’s also set up with private offices and restrooms, providing what the firm described as turnkey amenities for businesses.
With a building area of 68,433 square feet, 242 Delsea Drive is a former manufacturing facility with 200 parking spaces, heavy power and frontage along a busy corridor. Updates by Velocity include a new white-boxed interior, LED lighting, exterior paint, parking lot resurfacing and upgraded loading infrastructure.
