A grocery supplier has leased 21,000 square feet of warehouse space in Middlesex Borough, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
According to a news release, the transaction at 540-560 Lincoln Blvd. includes an initial commitment of 15,000 square feet and a subsequent 6,000-square-foot expansion. The space will provide Mysha Distributors, a supplier of Indian groceries, with quick access to Interstate 287 and routes 22 and 28, allowing it to reach Newark Liberty International Airport within 30 minutes.
Sheldon Gross Realty Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky represented ownership in the transaction, which leaves 14,000 square feet available at the Middlesex property.
“Mysha Distributors has customers throughout the Middlesex County area, and this Liberty Boulevard space enables them to quickly transport goods in every direction,” Glussky said. “In terms of sheer convenience, I can’t imagine a more ideal location.”
