Rockefeller Group has welcomed Greg Noorigian, a veteran of talent acquisition and general human resources practices, as its new senior vice president and chief people officer.
The developer said Noorigian, who is based in New York, succeeds the retired Patricia Glorioso in leading the company’s human resources department. That includes a growing team spanning 12 U.S. offices, with a $6 billion development pipeline comprised of 48 projects in 16 states and Washington, D.C., and totaling roughly 23 million square feet.
The northern New Jersey resident was most recently chief human resources officer for Revantage, Blackstone’s real estate services platform.
“We are thrilled to welcome Greg to Rockefeller Group and look forward to his leadership as we continue to redefine what our company is capable of in the years ahead,” said Daniel J. Moore, Rockefeller Group’s CEO and president. “Our development pipeline has continued to grow into new geographies and product types, led by new teams and offices in the Mid-Atlantic, Rocky Mountain region, Southwest and Pacific Northwest. Having someone with Greg’s talent acquisition and development experience will be integral to our continued success.”
Noorigian has more than 20 years of experience at leading public and private companies, with extensive experience in benefits and payroll, compensation, learning and development, according to a news release. His time at Revantage provided deep sector expertise in all aspects of real estate across multiple geographies and asset classes.
“It’s an honor to join Rockefeller Group at this point in its growth trajectory,” Noorigian said. “The company benefits from a strong brand in the sector, a great leadership team and a highly successful, diversified project portfolio. Backed by the company’s strength in ownership and management in Manhattan, I’m looking forward to helping the company continue to expand into new product types and new regions around the country.”
Prior to Revantage, Noorigian was vice president for global executive recruitment for PepsiCo in Purchase, New York, and held a variety of HR leadership roles at Pfizer Inc. in Manhattan, the news release said. The Rutgers University graduate started his career at Russell Reynolds Associates in New York with a focus on executive search.
