Renters are flocking to the new 275-unit Vermella Hackettstown, marking a strong start for the luxury apartment brand’s expansion to Warren County.
Its developers, Russo Development and Dinallo Construction Corp., say the property at 112 Bilby Road is already 50 percent leased after only recently hitting the market. That puts it on pace to be fully occupied by this spring, they said, touting the appeal of its upscale design, natural surroundings and convenience for commuters.
“Our goal at Vermella Hackettstown is to create a community where residents don’t have to choose between convenience, comfort and lifestyle,” said Adam Pasternack, president of Russo Property Management. “The response from residents shows us we’ve delivered on that vision: a home that reflects the quality of our brand, the authenticity of Warren County and the trust that comes with Russo’s full engagement in every aspect of development and management.”
Located less than two miles from Route 46, the property has amenities such as an 8,500-square-foot clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a coworking lounge, a high-end fitness center and what Russo described as thoughtfully designed outdoor gathering areas. Equally important is that residents have easy access to the area’s hiking trails, campgrounds and the Appalachian Trail — allowing them to embrace its authentic local character while still living within reach of Morristown and Parsippany and train service to Hoboken and New York City.
The complex is the first Vermella-branded community in Warren County, joining 17 such properties across New Jersey as part of Russo’s fast-growing apartment platform. The firm noted that the project, like others in its portfolio, benefits from its integrated approach that allows it to oversee every stage of the process from site selection and design to lease-up and long-term management.
