Wolf Commercial Real Estate has welcomed Mike Scanzano as an executive vice president, marking the return of a former broker who’s now set to help guide its growth in 2026.
The firm, which is based in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, said Scanzano rejoins its team with experience in tenant-focused commercial real estate advisory services, having represented corporate clients in site selection, lease negotiations, renewals and strategic real estate planning. He also has an expanded perspective on client strategy, operational structure and advisory execution, WCRE said, positioning him for a leadership role that will include mentoring brokers, strengthening client relationships and collaborating across service lines such as leasing, investment advisory, property management and community-focused initiatives.
“Mike’s return is a strong indicator of the direction we’re headed as a firm,” said Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE. “As we look ahead to 2026, our focus is on sustainable growth, adviser development and delivering greater value to our clients across our brokerage, advisory, property management and community engagement platforms.
“Mike brings a mature, client-first mindset and a deeper understanding of corporate decision-making that aligns perfectly with where WCRE is going. His return reinforces the strength of our culture, our commitment to the communities we serve and the long-term opportunities available within our firm.”
In announcing Scanzano’s return, WCRE cited the growth of its full-service in-house platform that spans brokerage, property management, marketing, research and operations. The firm has also long maintained philanthropic partnerships, nonprofit involvement and civic leadership across the southern New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia regions, allowing it to support clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate ownership and occupancy while maintaining a strong connection to the communities in which it operates.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Scanzano first joined WCRE in October 2018 before moving to Cresa in late 2022. The former professional baseball player is also the founder of Scanzano Sports Center, an academy focused on player development and helping student athletes advance to the collegiate level.
“I’m incredibly excited to be back at WCRE,” Scanzano said. “WCRE is where my career began, and after gaining valuable experience elsewhere, it was clear this is the right place to build long-term impact. The firm’s leadership, culture and integrated platform — including property management and meaningful community involvement — create an environment where advisers can collaborate and deliver stronger outcomes for clients. I’m proud to return in a leadership capacity and contribute to WCRE’s momentum as we move into 2026.”
