A mental health practice has leased 1,100 square feet at an office building in western Morris County, in a transaction arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
The brokerage team, which represented both parties in the deal, said the space at 185 Route 206 in Roxbury will house Rise & Restore Counseling’s experienced licensed clinicians that serve individuals, couples and families coping with anxiety, trauma and other emotional challenges. Its new home at the freestanding, 8,500-square-foot office building is just minutes from Interstate 80, providing a convenient location for a practice that will operate in person and virtually.
NAI Hanson Vice President Joseph F. Vindigni spearheaded the transaction, touting the site’s ample on-site parking and an advanced HVAC system. The building is also close to major retailers such as Lowe’s Home Improvement and Chili’s Bar and Grill.
“Demand for well-located, right-sized office space in Morris County is steadily growing, especially among community-based health care providers like Rise & Restore Counseling,” Vindigni said. “Spaces like 185 Route 206 provide the accessibility and comfort that are essential for providers looking to deliver personalized, patient-focused care.”
