Terreno Realty Corp. has filled 92,000 square feet of industrial space in Kearny after securing a lease with a third-party logistics provider, the company announced this week.
The landlord, which did not identify the tenant by name, said the lease will begin June 30 and expire in December 2031. It did not disclose the building address but owns multiple properties in Kearny, including facilities of 163,987 and 211,418 square feet at 100-140 Lincoln Highway and 670 Belleville Turnpike, respectively, as well as several low-coverage outdoor industrial sites.
Terreno acquires, owns and operates industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets: New York City and northern New Jersey, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle and Washington, D.C.
