An investor has sold a 6,400-square-foot commercial condominium building in the Burlington County township of Medford, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced.
According to a news release, the property at 30 Jackson Road is part of the Jackson Commons condominium association. It’s now under new ownership after a major renovation by the undisclosed seller, which purchased the building in 2021 and went on to lease up the space.
Vantage Commercial’s Ken Richardson and Emily Stein arranged the sale of what’s known as Building D.
“This transaction is a great example of the full-cycle value Vantage Commercial can provide,” said Richardson, a partner and vice president with the firm. “We were involved when the owner acquired the asset, helped support the lease-up after a major renovation and were then asked to represent the owner again when it was time to sell. It is always rewarding when a client trusts us through multiple stages of ownership.”
The brokerage team added that the property’s size, location and improved condition made it an attractive opportunity for the market.
“This sale reflects the continued demand for well-located, properly improved commercial properties in South Jersey,” said Stein, a managing director. “Medford remains a strong market for professional, office and service-oriented users, and Jackson Commons continues to be a desirable location within the community.”
