Accordia is touting a flurry of leasing activity at two office buildings in northern New Jersey, including a notable extension with a manufacturer of factory automation equipment.
The deal with Keyence Corp., which occupies 20,000 square feet at 669 River Drive in Elmwood Park, is the largest among nearly a dozen transactions announced Wednesday by the commercial real estate firm. It’s also one of four recent deals at the 84,069-square-foot property known as River Drive Center II, with other commitments including:
- 3,500 square feet by Loyas, Legutko, Myers Insurance Services (lease extension)
- 2,500 square feet by DLA LLC, a boutique advisory firm providing internal audit and accounting advisory services
- 1,400 square feet by Jerusalem Financial Group Inc.
Acclaim Realty’s Mike Nicholson and JLL’s Matt McDonough served as tenant brokers in the Keyence and DLA transactions, respectively.
“Top-tier tenants continue to prioritize well-located, professionally managed properties,” said Frank D. Recine, a principal with Accordia. “We take pride in actively managing our buildings and continually enhancing the tenant experience. That commitment is meaningful to tenants who appreciate accessibility, accountability and experience.”

The firm, meantime, announced seven deals at the site of its own headquarters at 100 Passaic Ave. in Fairfield. Chief among them is a lease extension by Woodmont Properties, which occupies roughly 17,000 square feet at what’s known as Greenbrook Executive Center.
Associated Realty represented the tenant, a fellow prominent real estate developer. JLL’s Fred Hyatt and Derek DeMartino represented ownership alongside Accordia’s in-house team, as they did in other recent transactions at the Fairfield property, including:
- 10,000 square feet by Elf Cosmetics
- 3,500 square feet by Administrative Office of the Courts (lease extension)
- 3,500 square feet by VACO (lease extension)
- 2,300 square feet by NJOLS
Cushman & Wakefield Mark Zazinski and Johnathan Schindler represented Elf Cosmetics, while the firm’s Joshua Cohen and Dan Woodley represented VACO. Accordia also completed an 8,700-square-foot lease extension at the property with OMNI Eye Care and a 3,900-square-foot deal with NJIIF, working alongside the Cushman team of William O’Keefe, Zazinski and Patrick Decker, with Paul Wolfson of NAI Geiss Realty Group Inc. and Michael Epstein and Mitch Roman of Cresa representing the respective tenants.
The landlord on Monday noted that 669 River Drive, located just off Interstate 80, is part of the River Drive office campus and boasts features such as a dramatic four-story atrium and distinctive exterior fountain and landscaping. The property has modernized common areas and upgraded building infrastructure, while it provides quick access to major transportation routes serving both Bergen County and New York City commuters.
The Fairfield property, which has a diverse mix of corporate, health care, financial and professional services tenants, sits just off the intersection of Route 46 and I-80. The 203,028-square-foot building has a full-service cafeteria, a three-story atrium with a signature clock, lush landscaping and tenant balconies.
“These lease transactions demonstrate that tenants are prioritizing location and an enhanced workplace environment,” Recine said. “Accordia is focused on growing its management portfolio, which includes third-party management assignments, and utilizing its brokerage expertise to assist in the lease-up of assets.”
