Commercial real estate firm Accurate has secured a new 80,000-square-foot industrial lease in Perth Amboy, in a deal announced Tuesday by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage team said the space, located at 1 Buckingham Ave., is part of a 407,688-square-foot facility that’s minutes from major highways such as routes 9, 35 and 440. BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel represented the undisclosed tenant, while Lee & Associates represented the landlord.
“We’re proud to have secured this strategic location for our client as they expand their operations in New Jersey,” Metz said. “The facility’s functionality, proximity to major roadways and long-term growth potential make it an ideal fit for their continued success. We appreciate the collaborative efforts from all parties involved in bringing this deal to the finish line.”
In a news release, BRC noted that the building sits on 10.74 acres and has 18-foot clear ceiling heights, 34 loading docks, one drive-in door, wet sprinklers, heavy power, a solar rooftop system, an 8,000-pound capacity freight elevator and surface and covered parking.
