Advance Realty announced that it has hired Jared Minatelli as director of asset management.
Supporting the real estate company’s continued growth and high-profile project portfolio, Minatelli will work alongside Advance’s Barry Quiner in overseeing the day-to-day operation of its regional assets. Minatelli will jointly supervise the development and implementation of property-specific value enhancement strategies for both the company’s current projects and acquisition pipeline.
Minatelli joins Advance from Onyx Equities LLC, where he held the role of senior vice president of asset management and leasing. During his time with Onyx, Minatelli was responsible for investment management activities including the strategic planning, leasing and capital programming and the day-to-day operations of Onyx’s 6 million-square-foot portfolio of owned assets.
