A three-building office park in Atlantic County has changed hands for $1.35 million, in a newly completed transaction by CBRE.
The property, located at 1750 Zion Road in Northfield, is a 21,440-square-foot complex that is leased to a mix of medical and professional office users. CBRE Senior Vice President Bill Tourtellotte represented JAMAG Inc. in its sale of the property to BB Capital LLC, an affiliate of the Montclair-based Becker Organization.
“Mainland Professional Office Park was the first high-quality office complex in the Northfield area when built in 1972,” Tourtellotte said. “Its central location and unique design make it very attractive to medical and professional tenants. The new ownership plans significant cosmetic modernizing upgrades that will reestablish the prominence of this complex within the market.”
In a news release, CBRE said the complex benefits from its location along Route 9, with proximity to the three major hospitals in the area. The office park’s occupancy has declined as a result of the pandemic, the firm noted, but said it remains home to several longtime tenants.
