A third-party logistics firm has moved into a newly built warehouse in Piscataway, following a nearly 280,000-square-foot lease arranged by Atlantic Real Estate Services.
The brokerage this week said it represented Hall’s Warehouse Corp. in its lease at 5 Access Road, which was built by Adler Development. The facility off Interstate 287 will accommodate both temperature-controlled and ambient products for distribution.
Atlantic Vice President Brian Dudzinski handled the assignment for the Bridgewater-based firm.
The 278,380-square-foot lease was finalized at the end of 2017, with the tenant taking occupancy late last month, Atlantic said in a news release. It’s now part of a footprint for Hall’s Warehouse Corp. that spans almost 2 million square feet of warehouse space in central New Jersey.
