Scarinci Hollenbeck has bolstered its real estate, environmental and land use groups with the hiring of a new attorney in its Red Bank office.
The law firm announced last week that Ashley Brinn has joined the practice as an associate. In the new role, she will assist in areas including the representation of land owners and corporate entities in land acquisitions, commercial real estate development and the securing of land use and administrative approvals.
She joins the Scarinci Hollenbeck team of partners Donald M. Pepe and Patrick J. McNamara, both of whom have extensive experience in commercial real estate, redevelopment, environmental and land use and corporate transaction law throughout New Jersey, the firm said.
“We’re happy to have Ashley on board to continue to provide top-tier legal services for our clients in the complex matters our practice groups regularly handle,” Pepe said. “Her talent, drive and experience make her a welcomed asset to our group.”
Brinn will also provide support to the corporate transactions and business law group, an area in which she has significant experience, Scarinci Hollenbeck said. She brings with her a wide range of experience practicing corporate, regulatory and compliance law in the gaming industry, having represented and advised multinational, publicly traded corporations and gaming equipment companies in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
“I’m very excited to have the opportunity to expand my legal practice,” Brinn said. “This is the perfect time in my career to take this step and I look forward to growing with the firm.”
