A luxury café has leased more than 1,000 square feet at the grocery-anchored Allendale Town Center in Bergen County, in a newly announced deal by Azarian Realty Co.
According to a news release, the deal with D-Levy & D’Luka brings the 79,374-square-foot complex at 49 West Allendale Ave. to full occupancy. Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties, noting that the business will offer specialty coffee and coffee-based drinks, teas, juices, light breakfast fare and light lunch offerings like salads, sandwiches and power bowls.
The café, operated by a local husband and wife, will occupy a 1,039-square-foot space housing Great Clips. Other tenants at the Allendale property include Primo Hoagies, Dairy Queen, Philly Pretzel Factory, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Goldberg’s Bagels, Acme and TD Bank.
