A gourmet bagel shop has leased nearly 2,100 square feet at a Monmouth County shopping center, in a deal arranged by Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services.
According to the brokerage team, the Bagel Nook will occupy a former bank space at Eastpointe Center in Atlantic Highlands. The 2,080-square-foot store at 2399 Route 36 will be one of several locations for the business.
Zoltek’s Matt Ardizzone represented the landlord in the lease.
“We are excited to have a Bagel Nook store here,” the brokerage firm said in a news release, adding that it “will be a great complement to the center and surrounding community as a staple for breakfast.”
