The owner of a Camden County shopping center is adding its first new tenant during the coronavirus crisis, having signed a lease with a specialty bakery and pastry shop.
The operator, Dessert Soiree, is taking an undisclosed amount of space at 412 Sicklerville Road in the Sicklerville section of Winslow, under a transaction arranged by Vantage Real Estate Services. The new location within the Liberty Town Center gives it access to a large residential population and proximity to the Atlantic City Expressway and routes 322 and 42.
Vantage RES Sales Associate Nick Liggio and Senior Adviser Corinne Giletto brokered the transaction.
“This is the first retail lease signed during the COVID-19 pandemic in my centers,” said Matthew Guzzo, owner of Liberty Town Center. “The bakery will be a great compliment to the existing businesses and retail tenants, especially the restaurants. We look forward to signing a lease in our last available medical/office space in the center.”
