A mental health services provider is expanding with a newly completed office lease in Cherry Hill, under a transaction arranged by Vantage Commercial.
The brokerage firm, which is based in the township, represented Advantage Behavioral Services LLC in the commitment at 36 Kresson Road. The provider is taking an undisclosed amount of space at the property, which is about a mile from Interstate 295 and provides access to other area highways.
Emily Stein, director of health care services at Vantage Commercial, worked alongside with Advantage Behavioral Services Co-owner and Vice President of Operations Chris McGoldrick to identify the location and secure the lease.
“Advantage Behavioral Services is well-positioned for success and growth at 36 Kresson Road,” Stein said. “The newly renovated space will be easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and patients. This company is doing amazing things for those struggling with mental health and addiction and is a great addition to our local communities.”
