Investors have acquired a 13,000-square-foot bank building in Englewood Cliffs, The Goldstein Group announced Monday after brokering the $6.5 million deal.
The Paramus-based firm said it represented both the buyer, 744 EC Palisade LLC, and the seller of 744 Palisades Ave., a freestanding building occupied by the Bank of New Jersey. The seller was identified as EC Acquisition Group.
Lew Finkelstein, executive vice president, and CJ Huter, vice president of The Goldstein Group, brokered the transaction.
The property sits near the intersections of Route 9W and Palisades Interstate Parkway.
