An investor has purchased an eight-unit apartment property in Garfield as part of a $1.15 million transaction arranged by Marcus & Millichap.
Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office, said the brokerage represented both parties in the sale of Davison Apartments at 500 Lanza Ave. He touted the property’s proximity to both public transportation and local highways, providing easy access to Manhattan and other parts of Bergen and Passaic counties.
Daniel Aviles, an investment specialist with Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the LLC that sold the property. He also secured and represented the buyer, a private investor.
