Bergman Real Estate Group has lured a new tenant to a shopping center in Cherry Hill, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
According to a news release, the undisclosed user is leasing 2,500 square feet at a drive-thru pad site at 1409 Marlton Pike, the site of the Barclay Farms Shopping Center. WCRE Executive Vice President Eric Flocco, who represented the landlord, said the tenant chose the location because it is in the heart of the township and benefits from its high visibility along Route 70, with average daily traffic of some 56,000 vehicles.
The property is also minutes from routes 73 and 38, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
