A private investor has acquired a 6,600-square-foot mixed-use property in Bernardsville for $1.9 million, according to a brokerage team with Deluccia Commercial Group.
The building, located at 18 Claremont Road, consists of three street-level retail spaces with three apartments above. That provided what the listing team described as a six-unit investment opportunity in the heart of the borough’s downtown district.
Tim Deluccia of Deluccia Commercial Group and Justin Walsh of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the seller and buyer, respectively.
“Properties like this continue to attract strong investor interest because of the combination of retail visibility and residential income in a walkable downtown setting,” Deluccia said. “Bernardsville remains a highly desirable market for well-located mixed-use assets.”
