The former site of a well-known bakery in Kearny has changed hands, brokers with The Blau & Berg Co. announced Wednesday.
The Short Hills-based team said the 6,000-square-foot Brothers Bakery property, whose address was not listed, traded for an undisclosed price. Blau & Berg senior directors Tamara Blau and Brad Jacobs represented both parties in the transaction.
“In working with the buyer, Bruce Jefferey, as well as the owner, the long-established Brothers Bakery directly, we were able to facilitate a smooth transaction,” Jacobs and Blau said in a joint statement. “This location will be fully renovated and include 20 parking spaces, which is a rarity in the current Kearny real estate market.”
